Mountain Laurel Arts focuses on design, illustration and graphics with a fun, creative, elegant vibe and feminine flair. The design work of Lauren Clark -- local to New Haven, Connecticut -- Mountain Laurel Arts executes illustrations for local booking agencies such as The Starry Sky, and unique logo design in Illustrator. MLA also creates mockups & websites with a personal touch. Each affordable website is created on a page-to-page basis, with clean HTML and CSS code as a must, and original graphic creation for a unique, search-engine-friendly, simple -- and therefore quick-loading -- site.
Lauren is a graduate of Southern CT State University with a Bachelor's of Studio Art, and 2+ years experience with local design firms as a web designer & developer. She loves cats, painting, hula hooping, and yoga. The name "Mountain Laurel Arts" was chosen not only because of name similarity, but also because the state flower is fitting for a Connecticut resident and home-grown local artist.
